Shape Infrastructure Strategy
Translate growth, reliability, capacity, and operating requirements into clear investment priorities and capital plans.
I turn complex energy requirements into practical, scalable plans that support reliable operations and business growth. Drawing on more than 18 years across major industrial programs, I align technical judgment, capital priorities, and delivery teams to move critical systems from concept to operation.

About Nima
My foundation is engineering, but my work sits where technical performance, commercial priorities, and capital commitments meet. I help teams clarify trade-offs early, build plans that can be delivered, and protect long-term operating value.
My experience includes engineering design, EPC delivery, and owner-side program leadership. That range gives me a practical view of how strategy, contracts, design choices, field realities, and facility readiness influence one another. Outside work, I enjoy endurance sports, hiking, professional learning, and sharing lessons from major programs.
How I Create Value
I help organizations convert capital priorities and operating requirements into coordinated action. By aligning commercial, technical, and utility considerations early, I make risks, trade-offs, and accountability visible before they affect cost, schedule, or readiness.
Translate growth, reliability, capacity, and operating requirements into clear investment priorities and capital plans.
Align multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and operators around one coordinated plan from design through startup.
Give business and technical leaders the consequences, options, ownership, and evidence needed to act with confidence.
Career Journey
My experience was built in four environments, each adding a different view of how complex facilities are designed, delivered, operated, and scaled.
EngineeringMechanical Engineer
Designed commercial and industrial cooling and heating systems, building a practical multidisciplinary engineering foundation.
EPCEngineering Lead
Coordinated multidisciplinary design, procurement, construction, and startup across major energy and industrial programs.
Owner/OperatorTechnical Program Manager
Shaped utility and site strategies for major capital investments, linking development choices to reliability and long-term performance.
EnterpriseForward Direction
Focused on strategic partnerships, organizational capability, portfolio priorities, and knowledge-sharing at greater scale.
Industry Perspectives
I work from a simple principle: complex assets perform best when technical rigor, business priorities, delivery readiness, and operating realities are considered together.
Infrastructure Readiness
Capacity creates an opportunity. Integration, protection, controls, maintainability, and commissioning turn it into dependable service.
Executive Judgment
Leaders need the consequence, the trade-offs, and a recommendation—not every technical detail.
Mission-Critical Systems
Architecture, utilities, protection, controls, maintainability, people, and operating readiness must work as one system.
Current Focus
The systems, trade-offs, and delivery practices I am studying, applying, and sharing.
Beyond Work
Endurance sports and time in the mountains have shaped how I approach difficult work: prepare well, stay disciplined, adapt to changing conditions, and keep moving forward. These experiences remind me that meaningful results are usually built through consistent effort rather than individual moments.
